Your purchase

The offer identifies the website, included pages, features, pending integrations and agreed price. The buyer must be authorised to represent the business and approve publication and content use. Confirmed payment authorises publication on the included subdomain. Pending features remain disabled until configured.

Payment and renewal

The current standard offer is £99 monthly, £534.60 every six months (10% discount), or £1,009.80 every twelve months (15% discount), with no standard setup fee. The specific offer shown at checkout takes precedence. Prices are configurable. No VAT is added under the owner’s confirmed current registration status.

Plans renew automatically until renewal is cancelled. Monthly plans have no minimum term. Cancellation preserves access until the paid period ends. Existing plans retain their agreed price; a requested change of billing period starts at the next renewal using the then-current price accepted by the customer.

Included service

Hosting and connecting a customer-owned domain are included. Domain registration and renewal are paid directly by the customer. Included updates are one consolidated request per month, up to 30 minutes, for text, supplied images, contact details and hours within existing pages. Allow five working days once all required content is received. Unused allowance does not roll over. New pages, sections, redesigns and features require a separate approved quote.

Access and retention

Failed renewals have a seven-day grace period with reminders before suspension. Recovery payment within the 30-day retention window restores access automatically. A warning is sent seven days before retention ends. Afterward the site awaits manual deletion review; retention is not an indefinite hosting promise. Required billing records are handled separately.

Export

After at least twelve months have been paid for, including an annual upfront payment, customers may request a self-hosting export. The current fee is £49 for website files, basic instructions and up to 30 minutes of assistance. Additional migration work and external services are separate. Requests are reviewed before payment and manual delivery.

Refunds and support

Refund requests are reviewed individually by email. This does not remove applicable statutory rights. Billing can be managed through Stripe’s portal or with email assistance. Support: [support email to be confirmed].

• Confirm business-only purchasing scope and any consumer-specific disclosures, cancellation rights and early-service consent if applicable.
• Define intellectual property and export licence, third-party exclusions and content responsibilities.
• Confirm service availability, acceptable use, liability, dispute handling and governing law wording.
• Define refund treatment of export eligibility and exceptional restoration cases.
